Interest Groups
Small groups are a special part of Harcourt’s life. People with a passion engage others to participate with them in achieving their dream. A greater sense of community evolves as we get to know each other more deeply.
It was the focus and drive of a small group who believed that we should live with respect in Creation, and who were called to express this belief through enabling the installation of solar panels on Harcourt’s roof.
This vitality caught the imagination of others who have formed a small group, this time to build a community garden. The vegetables grown in the garden will provide fresh produce for those who need better nutrition as they struggle to make ends meet.
Yet other small groups provide friendship and fun as Harcourtians relax, exercise, make quilts and prayer shawls, discuss books, fundraise, share breakfast, learn together……
